Cellar Intern Job Overview
This role offers hands-on experience with all aspects of winemaking, from fruit processing to fermentation and beyond.
You'll be involved in cap management, inoculations, fermentation monitoring, wine sampling and analysis, topping, and wine movements. You will also perform plenty of cleaning tasks.
Key Qualifications
- A strong desire to learn about winemaking
- A can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a physically demanding work environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Previous winery experience is a plus, but not required
