Job Description
We are a small team seeking passionate and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our wine production process.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize winery equipment and facility
- Participate in vineyard, juice, and wine sampling for quality control
- Assist with grape receival and processing on the crush pad
- Manage fermentation processes, including inoculations and temperature control
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous harvest experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detailed-oriented with strong motivation and organization
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and lift 50 pounds
- Commitment to working mid-August through December
