The IT Technician will assist the IT Administrator in Maintaining Technology and related equipment in an efficient manner, and in accordance with our Established policies and procedures. IT Technician Monitors and maintains the company network (Server), computers, installs and configures hardware and Software, solves technical problems. Because of the nature of the job, some shift work may be necessary.
IT Technician Duties and Responsibilities of the job:
· Maintaining Network and Server, Switches and wireless access points
· Installing and configuring computer hardware and software to include printers and scanners
· Monitoring and maintaining network and computers and all peripherals
· Responding in a timely manner to service-related issues and requests
· Provide Technical support across the company (this may include in person or over the phone)
· Setting up accounts on network and other company related software
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Testing and implementing new technology
· Running networking cables
Maintaining Phone system to include cellular service
