This job is a key factor to the success of the restaurant by assisting the general manager in executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. This job works closely with the crew and assist in executing tasks, allowing the crew to maintain the highest quality of customer service for our guests. The manager is responsible for representation and acting in accordance with the restaurants core values.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the restaurants
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep restaurant operating to standard and to set a positive example for the crew
- Contributes to positive team environment
- Delivers legendary customer service that the restaurant is known for to all customers by performing with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the guest. Discerns and take action to guest need
- Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in a supervisory/management role within the retail/restaurant industry, preferred
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferably in the retail, hospitality or restaurant industry
- Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, required
