Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with effective problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Administration:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and maintaining records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
