Serve meals with proper utensils and portion size. Follow written menu and modified diets. Organize and sanitize the fool prep and storage areas along with dining room tables and chairs. Follow proper techniques for storing and dating food. Washing and putting away dishes/pots and pans according to state regulations. Delivering snack carts to appropriate areas, making sure fully stocked. Make coffee for assigned areas. Sweep and mop dietary areas as needed/assigned. Take out garbage in Dietary Areas as needed/assigned.
