Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Budget & Cash Flow Management: Maintain financial stability across projects.
- Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Project Development Tracking: Support accurate financial forecasting for development projects.
- Developer Fee & Reimbursement Collection: Optimize cash flow through timely collections.
- Construction Draw Process Management: Ensure smooth tracking and management of project funding.
- Monthly Close & Reconciliations: Ensure accurate and timely financial closing.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
- Collaboration & Team Support: Foster effective teamwork with the accounting team.
Starting Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting OR completion of Accounting 101 plus a minimum of 3 years of Accounting Experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, or Multi-Company Accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
