Job Summary :
Berghoff Design Group is looking for an organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist! This position serves as an inspirational leader to our office staff, exceeds client expectations and leads with excellence, utilizing the BDG Difference. Project a professional company image through all communications with clients, employees, and vendors.
BDG Maintenance
- Process daily field paperwork, ensure accuracy.
- Assist with customer communication and work order systems.
- Assist with onboarding of new clients.
- Assist with inactive client processes.
- Spreadsheet management
- Create proposals as requested.
- Answer incoming client calls.
- Assist with TimeScape system entry and uploading.
- Maintenance Client Billing
- Purchase orders
- Keep databases updated (QuickBooks, App, MailChimp)
