Overview :
Lifescape Colorado is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscape Enhancement Designer. The Enhancement Designer combines artistry and creativity with the business aspects of sales and estimating by preparing landscape designs, proposals for new and current clients specializing in enhancements or garden updates to the landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Client Service :
- Demonstrates the ability to achieve the required annual design / enhancements projects sales goal
- Works with new and existing clients to develop needed enhancement ideas that will elevate and enrich their current landscape
- Delivers excellent service to our clients, meeting with clients on; initial consultations, sales presentations of your designs and proposals, through contract closing and project installation.
- Consistently meets goal of turning around proposals within 48 hours for basic proposals and within 2 weeks for larger projects requiring design work
- Provides proactive communication keeping clients updated on project process and timelines
- Cultivates great client relationships and ensures project meets clients expectations, budget, and assist in final payment received
- Oversees projects with the ability to plan, organize, execute, and track multiple projects at one time
- Update and maintain accurate sales pipeline
- Ask for referrals and reviews
