We are currently seeking candidates that have a passion for helping manage a talented group of Account Managers with a portfolio of large, high-end residential estates for discerning clients throughout the Boston Metro area. This position will assist the Branch Manager by working with a group of Account Managers in a diverse range of tasks relating to sales and client satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties Ability to manage key client relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base.Proven track record of coaching and mentoring management level employees in a fast-paced, professional work environment built on quality work, integrity, and passion for the landscape industry.Continual training, coaching, and development of the branch's Account Management team to exceed client satisfaction and sales goals by leveraging deep industry knowledge and strong relationship-building skills.Develop, analyze, present, monitor, and measure key performance indicators and business trends as it relates to sales within the branch to help drive accountability in the Account Management team.Help identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop / implement a training program to help fill them.Generate ideas, estimates, and proposals to sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of our clients' properties.Conduct and assist Account Managers with regular client meetings as it relates to difficult situations, enhancement opportunities, contract renewals, and routine client check-ins.Ability to easily identify landscape needs or issues for all components of the landscape industry including, but not limited to, trees, shrubs, perennials, groundcovers, annuals, ornamental turf, meadows, edible gardens, holiday and seasonal décor displays, hardscapes, irrigation and landscape lighting systems and hardscapes.Hold regular sales meetings with the branch's Account Management team to drive results as they relate to backlog, accounts receivables, project pipeline, client satisfaction, sales initiatives, etc.Develop and maintain a positive attitude and working relationships with internal teams, management, and outside of company relationships such as clients, GC's, LA's, subcontractors, vendors, etc.Ability and willingness to perform other job-related functions as directed.Job Requirements Minimum of 7 years' experience with estate landscape management, client and employee management, and sales.Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture, teamwork, passion, integrity, and quality landscape management.Customer service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied clients.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.High level of professionalism along with exceptional written and oral communication with the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye.Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary.Experience with Aspire software a plus.Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experience.The Perks 401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA / HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay Transparency Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
