Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Construction Manager at Mariano & Co., LLC, located in Phoenix, AZ, with a mix of job site work, as well as office work. The Senior Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities and personnel, managing project budgets, ensuring construction safety protocols, and maintaining project controls and schedules. The role requires effective communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver the highest standards of quality and service. MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS!
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Construction Management experience
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control
- Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols
- Strong understanding of general Construction practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with some remote work capability
- Experience in residential construction projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
