Job Description:
The Order Picker is responsible for picking orders from inventory and delivering orders to customer facilities in a timely manner. The Order Picker will process incoming orders, pull orders from stock, prepare palletization of orders, prepare them for delivery and load them on trucks.
Core duties and responsibilities:
- Receiving and organizing incoming orders and keeping track of inventory
- Providing accurate and efficient order picking and packing services across Wheaton, IL
- palletizing orders and loading them on trucks using appropriate equipment
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that customer may have.
- Communicating with customers to provide accurate information about order picking and delivery services.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting to management on any discrepancies.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record within 5 years of employment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.25 - $16.35 per hour
