CONSULTANT ONLY WITH PROPERTY & CASUALITY EXPERIENCE IN RECENT PROJECTS
MUST HAVES: EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY AND CASUALITY AND BI TOOLS.
Job Description:
- Experience:
o 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the insurance or claims-related industries.
o Proven experience managing projects related to insurance claims, policy management, or similar business processes.
o Strong understanding of insurance claims workflows, including claims intake, processing, adjudication, and settlement.
- Project Management Skills:
o Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
o Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Rally).
o Excellent organizational, technical management, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Education:
o Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications(Preferred but not required):
o PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification.
o Insurance industry-specific certifications (e.g., AINS, CPCU) are a plus.
- Key Attributes:
o Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
