Premier flexographic label printing company in the Minneapolis region is busy. The company is searching to hire a Press Lead for 12 hour day and 12 hour night shifts.
Responsibilities include :
- Provide leadership for meeting specifications in product quality, safety, team building, continuous improvement, and effective use of narrow web flexo presses operationally and mechanically.
- Work in a team environment where you will collaborate to fulfill the needs of our Press team and will assist in creating and delivering top-quality products for customers.
- Provide leadership in Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, innovation, and current systems technology.
- Support and contribute to an innovative culture, striving to create and develop new products for our customers.

Hours : Day shift : 5am - 5 : 15pm 3 days / week. Night shift : 5pm - 5 : 15 am 3 nights / week. Hourly rate $35 - $38 shift differential for night shift, excellent benefits, 401k and relocation assistance.
