Candidates must be well organized, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills. Candidates should be confident in using computers and be able to use Google and Microsoft programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and drives a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates: Patient Care Specialist, Store Manager, Physician
- Composes, places and monitors advertising for open positions
- Performs initial application/resume screening of potential employees
- Completes initial interview
- Provides operational manager with a short list of candidates for consideration
- Coordinates the scheduling of interview between the operational manager and the candidates
- Sends job offers to successful candidates
- Notifies unsuccessful candidates
- Contacts former employers for reference checks
- Verifies employment eligibility
- Coordinates with payroll to ensure accurate paychecks
- Accurately completes all new employee onboarding paperwork
- Maintains a system for keeping all personnel files current and assures confidentiality of records.
- Completes termination paperwork
- Completes paperwork for unemployment claims
- Provides a consistently exceptional candidate experience ensuring Marijuana Doctor becomes an employer of choice.
- Is a company ambassador and represents Marijuana Doctor with integrity and professionalism.
- Works on site at one of Marijuana Doctor’s offices.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years full cycle high volume recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in medical office staff/physician recruitment would be a definite advantage
- Well-developed analytical and influencing skills
- Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to be patient and communicate respectfully in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills and a solutions orientation
- Experience working with, and ideally creating, ongoing reporting for the recruiting and onboarding function
- High-level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility
- Works well independently and with minimal supervision
- Can multitask effectively with a proven ability to manage multiple projects to a deadline while maintaining attention to detail
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of professionalism; able to deal with extremely confidential information. Ability to Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in performing all aspects of position
