Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Healing to Wellness Court Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a skilled professional to design, implement, and coordinate our Healing to Wellness Court program. This includes developing and managing short and long-term goals and priorities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- The ideal candidate will also be responsible for providing case management support, including monitoring participant progress and compliance, and coordinating general health, behavioral health, and Wellbriety services for Healing to Wellness Court participants.
- Additional responsibilities include completing screenings to determine eligibility for the program, maintaining individual files on participants, and advocating for their success.
- We are seeking a team player who can effectively interact with our Director, Healing to Wellness Court Program Team, and other Tribal Departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain records and documentation of participant progress and program outcomes.
- Ongoing support and training will be provided to ensure the success of this critical role.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a tribal setting is highly valued.
- A valid driver's license and evidence of insurability, as well as a three-year motor vehicle report, are required.
- Clearance from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Background check is also necessary.
