Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in a tribal setting is also preferred.
Essential Functions
- Hearing within Normal Limits with or without Corrective Devices
- Vision: Adequate to Read 12-Point Type with or without Corrective Lenses
- Verbal Interaction with Staff, Clients, and Community Members
- Manual Dexterity for Writing and Computer Input
- Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Sitting 25-75% of the Day
- Standing/Walking 25% of the Day
- Pushing up to 30 lbs.
- Pulling up to 20 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Designs, Implements, and Coordinates Healing to Wellness Court Program
- Develops and Manages Short and Long-Term Goals and Priorities for the Healing to Wellness Court Program
- Maintains Knowledge and Understanding of Compliance Related to HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Patient Rights
- Provides Case Management Support, Including Monitoring Participant Progress and Compliance
- CCoordinates General Health, Behavioral Health, and Wellbriety Services for Healing to Wellness Court Participants
- Completes Screening to Determine Eligibility for the Healing to Wellness Court Program
- Maintains Individual Files on Participants, Monitors Progress, and Advocates for Success
- Displays Professional and Appropriate Communication
- Maintains Records and Documentation of Participant Progress and Program Outcomes
- Orients New Team Members and Provides Ongoing Support
- Prepares Reports on Program Effectiveness and Outcomes
- Cordinates Activities of the Healing to Wellness Court Team
- Schedules Healing to Wellness Court Team Meetings
- Other Duties as Assigned
