">About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Culinary Program Supervisor to lead our nutrition and culinary services program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all food preparation and service operations for our Boys & Girls Club programming year-round. This includes afterschool programming, all-day programming days, the Rock n' The Rez Summer program, and any events.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and manage all food preparation and service operations
- Manage a commercial kitchen, including initial setup and ongoing maintenance
- Determine production schedules and staff requirements to ensure timely delivery of services
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
- Report accidents, incidents, and disciplinary actions to the BGC Manager
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of experience in a commercial kitchen with strong knowledge of kitchen operation procedures
- Must have the ability to direct work of youth helpers and staff assistants
- Must have Professional Rescuer First Aid and CPR certification and Food Handler's Certificate
