Lifeguard and Instructor Lead

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Enforce pool policies and safety regulations while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Provide instruction and guidance to students of various age groups and skill levels in aquatic exercise classes and lessons.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including chemical testing results, incident reports, and facility usage data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operation of the Wellness Center and pool facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., exercise science, health education) or equivalent experience.
• Current certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
