About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified lifeguard to join our team at Marimn Health. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our pool patrons by providing assistance in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all patrons
- Courteously assist members with questions or problems, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Instruct aquatic exercise classes and other programs as assigned
Requirements
- Current lifeguard certification (or equivalent)
- First Aid & CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification (or equivalent)
- Lifeguard Instructor certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
- Able to pass lifeguard skills test as part of the selection process
- Ability to verbally interact with staff, clients, and public
