About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wellness Services Specialist to join our team at Marimn Health. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive peer relationship and performing as a team player. This includes prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and working independently in a very detail-oriented manner.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Maintain a safe and clean recreation facility environment, ensuring all equipment operates correctly and facilities are safe for members/patients.
- Monitor activities to ensure compliance with facility policy and regulations, while being consistent and fair at all times.
- Communicate directly with members to determine needs and interests, seeking support as needed.
- Campaign to promote fitness, aquatics, recreation, youth, and cultural programs.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions, billing payment drop-offs, and collect and record fees for snack/juice bar and pro shop services.
Requirements:
">- A high school diploma or GED is required. Preference will be given to applicants with current lifeguard certification, previous instructor experience, current CPR certification, and/or Fitness Certification.
- Basic computer proficiency and demonstrated attendance history are also required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Estimated Salary:
">$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
