We are seeking a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a healthy lifestyle. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
2. Providing excellent customer service and support to members and staff
3. Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities
4. Monitoring activities and enforcing policies and regulations
5. Campaigning to promote our programs and services
6. Handling point-of-sale transactions and managing fees

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and attendance history
• The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current lifeguard certification, previous instructor experience, and/or fitness certification (preferred)

This role requires:

• Hearing within normal limits with or without corrective devices
• Vision adequate to read 12-point type with or without corrective lenses
• The ability to verbally interact with staff, clients, and the public
• Manual dexterity for writing and data entry
• The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand/walk for more than 50% of the day
