**Office Manager**
**Job Summary:**
The Office Manager is responsible for the accurate representation of the financial condition of the dealership, maintains accurate records. Assist the Controller with all office process and policies.
**Duties:**
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
- Maintain organizational efficiency by implementing and improving office procedures
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assist controller with preparation of complete financial statement and ensure it is submitted in a timely manner each month.
- Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Post payables on a daily basis.
- Receipt all money from all departments.
- Help Controller wherever needed.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CDK and ADP drive.
- Experience in human resources tasks such as employee onboarding and record keeping
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in vendor management, organizational tasks, phone systems, front desk operations, human resources, clerk duties, aministrative roles within an office setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
