Responsibilities
- Provide a quality customer service experience to our valued customers
- Work with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles and technology
- Responsible for the meet and greet, presentation, test drive, and write up portion of the sales experience
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
- Achieves individual sales and customer service goals
- You will be exposed to training operations and you will have the opportunity to grow and advance your career.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated sales professionals with inside or outside sales experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous related retail experience a plus
- Multi-lingual (immediate openings for applicants with Spanish speaking skills)
