Summary
We are looking for a thorough, responsible, full-time seasonal Marine Boat Detailer who will adhere to providing quality boat cleaning services to our customers. The Marine Boat Detailer will clean boats according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, deodorizing interiors, painting the bottom of the boat, and keeping records related to the condition of the boat. You should possess strong customer service skills and be willing to learn about the tools and agents used to clean and maintain boats.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Perform bottom painting as required.
- Shrink-wrap or unwrap boats (no experience necessary – training provided).
- Cleaning boats' interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
- Operated buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous detailing experience in any industry preferred but not required.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should gain knowledge of Lightspeed (a software program for the Marina) and be able to use a computer to punch in and out of jobs.
