Marina Lounge in Suisun City, CA is looking for one bartender to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 700 Main St Suite 106. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Drink Preparation & Mixology

  • Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to meet customer preferences and requests.
  • Mix ingredients to craft both classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring a consistent and high-quality product.
  • Create and suggest tasty new drinks for the menu, leveraging seasonal ingredients and trends.
  • Provide feedback on drink menu offerings and collaborate with management to refine selections.
  • Showcase premium cocktails on Marina Lounge’s social media platforms to engage customers and promote the menu.

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Interact with customers professionally, take orders, and deliver drinks promptly and accurately.
  • Assess customer preferences and provide tailored drink recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Upsell drinks by suggesting premium options, pairing recommendations, and featured cocktails.
  • Ensure customers adhere to the two-drink minimum policy in a courteous and professional manner.

    • Bar Operations

  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Restock and maintain bar inventory, ensuring all supplies are readily available for efficient service.
  • Adhere to food and beverage regulations and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Report low stock or maintenance needs to management promptly.

  • Focus on creating an outstanding guest experience through attentive and friendly service.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

    • Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
