Healthcare Attorney - Woodbridge, New Jersey
Our client, a top US law firm, is seeking a Healthcare Attorney with 5 years of experience to join their dynamic Healthcare Regulatory and Corporate Transactional practice. This position is based in the firm’s Woodbridge, New Jersey office.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Experience in contract drafting and review, including Operating Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Employment Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Stock or Membership Interest Purchase Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements
- Experience in the negotiations of purchase and sales of businesses, NDAs, LOIs, Term Sheets, APAs and Private Equity Transactions, due diligence and health care regulatory experience or experience representing physicians and / or physician group practices hospitals and / or ambulatory surgical centers is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tax and securities law are a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New Jersey state bar (or ability to become admitted)
