Mid-level Labor & Employment Associate (Workplace Safety) - Seattle, Washington
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in their dynamic Seattle office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $225,000 - $295,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience on a range of employment issues, including class action and single plaintiff litigation, counseling employers, and reviewing and drafting employment policies and agreements
- Familiar with hiring, wage and hour, leave, discipline, termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenant, and other employment issues
- Prior experience with traditional labor relations is a plus but not required
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Washington State Bar
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
