Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate position for their Tampa office. This is an opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience, specializing in complex matters including antitrust, class action, and other sophisticated legal issues. This associate will gain hands-on courtroom experience, direct involvement in every phase of litigation, including developing legal strategy, discovery, depositions, brief writing and trial proceedings. Success in this role depends on strong research and writing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and persuasive legal analysis. The applicant must be licensed to practice in Florida and ideally in the Middle District of Florida as well. Strong academic credentials are a must for this role.
