Mortgage Loan Repurchase Facility and Warehouse Lending Associate
Our client is a major firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with three (3) to eight (8) years of experience for its Commercial Lending practice. Position can be based in Charlotte, Philadelphia or New York. The salary range for this position is $260K to $425K and will be determined based on a variety of factors.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience with mortgage loan repurchase facilities and warehouse lending
- Commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse experience is preferred
- JD from an ABA accredited law school is required
- Excellent academic credentials is required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $260,000 - $425,000
