Patent Counsel - Electrical Engineering
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a patent counsel or senior counsel for its New York, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis, or Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is between $225 to $315k.
Qualifications
- 2 years of patent prosecution experience in 5G, Wi-Fi and other wireless technologies, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing and RF front-end.
- Experience working with clients to develop and manage portfolios
- Preference for experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields.
- Electrical Engineering degree (or similar degree).
- USPTO registration or ability to become admitted.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or eligibility to become admitted.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $225,000 - $315,000
