Key Responsibilities :
Interviewing Mandarin speaking clients reviewing disclosure documents
Responding to USPTO Office Actions
Drafting topnotch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
What the Law Firm is Looking For :
A degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Physics or a related field
Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
At least 2 years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in hightech matters
Excellent academics AND industry or research credentials
Outstanding writing and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
Superb Communication
Very efficient in patent prosecution
Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package :
Compensation is based solely on productivity.
Anticipated compensation range of $per year depending on work productivity position and if you have clients.
