The firm is seeking a patent attorney or agent that is fluent in Mandarin . Most of the work involves telecom and 5G matters - you need the ability to comprehend the basic technology.
This firm at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with a diverse range of high-tech clients in the computer hardware, computer software, computer devices, wireless communications, semiconductors, autonomous vehicles, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, e-Commerce, user interfaces, medical devices, batteries, optics, and materials science sectors.

Key Responsibilities :
Interviewing Mandarin speaking clients reviewing disclosure documents
Responding to USPTO Office Actions
Drafting top-notch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
What the Law Firm is Looking For :
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
At least 2 years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in high-tech matters
Excellent academics AND industry or research credentials
Outstanding writing and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
Superb Communication
Very efficient in patent prosecution
Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package :
Compensation is based solely on productivity.
Anticipated compensation range of $170,000-330,000 per year, depending on work productivity, position and if you have clients.
