Patent Litigation Associate - EE/CS
Our client is a major law firm, seeking a patent litigation associate with 2-4 years for its Intellectual Property Litigation and Technology groups in New York, Boston, Houston, Washington, DC, and Hartford, CT. The salary range for this position is between $225 to $285k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of patent litigation experience, including managing all phases of patent litigation.
- Experience overseeing document production and review, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing reports with experts.
- Experience with inter partes reviews and PTAB trial proceedings is a plus.
- A technical background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline is required.
- Strong academic credentials with excellent communication skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $225,000 - $285,000
