Junior Real Estate Litigation Associate
Our client, a Long Island based law firm specializing in landlord tenant litigation, is seeking an entry level or junior associate to join its team.
Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have strong interest in real estate law and litigation. This position is focused on landlord-tenant matters and it offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, representing clients in various stages of landlord-tenant disputes. Litigation position will be focused on handling matters in the New York City housing court system and majority of time will be spent in court.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar required - admission pending will be considered
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
