Provide graphic art and design support to all departments within MCA to include creation of ads, social media posts, print materials, branding and signage to assist in marketing and fundraising efforts.
Work Schedule - Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Pay - $22.60/hr ($47,000/yr)
Job Type - Full-time

Develop variety of graphic design projects for social media graphics, promotional materials, events, and magazines- Develop creative concepts and art direction
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
- Develop advertisements, illustrations, logos, brands, signage, posters, brochures, and other graphic design elements
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Effectively communicate concepts in graphic, visual means
- Create compelling & appealing visual designs for marketing, websites, and print projects
- Generate print and multimedia materials for internal and external audiences
- Assist all departments in the preparation of images and videos for promotional use
- Develop creative, attractive, and effective ads for each publication
- Assist publications graphic designers as needed and be prepared to step in should either be unavailable to meet publication deadlines
Education/Experience
- Minimum of associate’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communications, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two to four years of related experience preferred
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiar with all elements of graphic design, Mac platform, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, HTML5, Illustrator, MS Office Applications and Dreamweaver. Online and web design experience.
