Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-service marketing, event planning, and social media management. This individual will work collaboratively across various departments and entities, ensuring brand consistency, driving engagement, and achieving marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Service Marketing : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, print materials, and more. Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Event Planning : Plan and execute social events that align with company goals, including product launches, client events, and community outreach programs. Coordinate event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and attendee engagement to ensure successful outcomes. Promote events across all marketing channels, ensuring maximum visibility and attendance.
- Social Media Management : Oversee and manage social media accounts for multiple entities, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and aligned with brand voice. Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate an active online community. Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, ROI) and adapt strategies to improve results.
- Content Creation : Develop compelling marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure high-quality, brand content.
- Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, events, and initiatives. Track expenses and report on marketing spend, ROI, and budget performance. Ensure all marketing activities remain within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
