Job Description
Marine Travelift Inc., in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding a Full Time Inside Sales member to our Parts & CustomerCare team. As part of the leading boat handling equipment manufacturer, the CustomerCare team is responsible for providing parts & service for domestic and international customers and distributors. This position is typically 40-45 hours/week. Qualified candidates should have experience in sales and customer support together with a mechanical aptitude.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in developing solutions to meet their needs
- Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone
- Fulfill customer requests for parts and service quotes & coordinate delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop inside parts sales and follow up on quotations previously submitted
- Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
- All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business (or related field) or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience with negotiating preferred
- Sales in a manufacturing environment strongly desired
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to multitask
