Transport Refrigeration Inc., your local Thermo King Dealership, is seeking an Inside Parts Sales Associate for our De Pere, WI warehouse. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling commercial truck parts and a strong understanding of transport refrigeration systems. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and assisting customers with the selection and sale of parts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with identifying and selecting parts for truck, trailer and transport refrigeration systems.
- Proactively call existing customers to build relationships and drive parts sales.
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Remain informed on lead times, shipments, and order statuses to provide updates to customers.
- Input invoicing and quote information using the MAS system.
- Assist in the parts department as needed.
- Operate a forklift to manage inventory and assist with warehouse tasks.
- Support inventory control and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and service teams to ensure product availability.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as needed.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent
- Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in truck parts sales or transport refrigeration preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and source parts for refrigeration systems.
- Proficiency with sales software and inventory management systems (experience with MAS system is a plus).
- Forklift certification or the ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
