As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing services to domestic Marine Travelift & Shuttlelift customers and equipment. As a tech, you will work 50-60 hours/week and travel overnight approximately 70% of the year.
Most travel will occur in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, & South Carolina.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing services to domestic Marine Travelift & Shuttlelift customers and equipment. As a tech, you will work 50-60 hours/week and travel overnight approximately 70% of the year.

As a Field Service Technician, you will…
- Erect new equipment at customer sites and provide customer training on equipment usage and proper maintenance.
- Conduct field inspections on equipment previously purchased and provide feedback to the customer.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports and parts list from inspections to the CustomerCare team.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks on machines currently in service at customer sites.
- Complete all other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.
- Have experience in maintaining industrial equipment with strong hydraulic and electrical aptitude (Parker IQAN a plus).
- Effectively troubleshoot issues using proper analysis, evaluation, and diagnosis techniques.
- Have experience in heavy lifting and rigging.
- Be able to work at heights safely in excess of 50 feet.
- Understand technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Be able to travel domestically at least 75% of the time.
- Have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
