We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our experienced team of recruiters. This role will coordinate and manage various processes aimed at providing consistently high service standards, effective process execution and system management within our recruiting function. Responsibilities
- Manage Applicant Tracking System including job postings, candidate workflow, and reporting
- Partner with recruiters to create job descriptions and assist in executing recruiting strategy outlined by the recruiter and hiring manager
- Advertise positions on various social media networks, internet resources, and websites
- Draft formal offer packets
- Close positions, reviewing accuracy of all details
- Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure seamless onboarding of each new hire
- Support the execution of the internship program by handling all communication and scheduling of events
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality for all candidate and HR information at all times
- Generate recruiting reporting and support analytics for recruiting team
- Provide administrative support to recruiters on a variety of tasks and projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of one year of experience working within Human Resources (in the financial services industry is a plus)
- Experience with LinkedIn and other social media preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills in a high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly effective interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Effective oral, written and phone communication skills
- Strong aptitude to leverage technology tools and application
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems
