Southwind is owner of multiple professional home service companies including 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, You Move Me, MVP Electric, DreamLawn and Shack Shine. We are now hiring an experienced in-office National Recruiting Coordinator for our team!
The National Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the recruitment efforts of Southwind on a national scale. They collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Location: In-Office Lenexa, KS
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about Southwind to effectively share our employer brand, career stories, and job opportunities online.
- Attract and hire motivated, hardworking, team oriented people to our businesses who are passionate about our mission and values.
- Broadcast job postings, build candidate networks and pipelines
- Screen resumes, conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews at a high volume.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews in multiple assigned remote markets for hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding and administrative tasks associated with hiring new teammates.
- Collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers and business owners across the country.
- Innovate and share your ideas to improve how we recruit great people.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a national or multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers at all levels.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
