Job Description Summary:
Under general supervision, this position provides Human Resources Services to employees, departments, affiliates, and external customers of MarinHealth Medical Network. It will be responsible for general HR duties, working closely with multiple HR specialties. This position is responsible for ensuring an overall engaged employee experience through multiple programs, processes, and trainings. The position works directly with leaders to gain a full understanding of operational needs and drives best practices in on-boarding of staff.
Job Requirements, Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent field is preferred. Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management highly desirable. SPHR certification preferred.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resource, which includes significant responsibility in the areas of employment and recruitment, training/development, and/or manager coaching, preferably at a Business Partner level.
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Calif Drivers Class C (CALC) Required at hire
PREREQUISITE SKILLS
1. Effective verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
2. Demonstrated ability to organize processes and prioritize tasks.
3. Ability to manage change through collaborative and positive leadership skills. Ability to successfully manage stress for self in an intermittently stressful environment.
4. Demonstrated evidence of continuing professional development.
