As an HR Manager, you will be a key player in shaping our company’s culture, improving employee satisfaction, and driving people-related strategies that align with our growth from $3M to $10M in revenue. You will lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring that our team is motivated, high-performing, and aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
· Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Focus on attracting top talent for key positions, including skilled trades, field teams, and leadership roles.
· Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between management and staff. Provide guidance and support on conflict resolution, workplace issues, and employee concerns. Promote a healthy, respectful work environment.
· Onboarding & Training: Develop and implement an effective onboarding process to integrate new employees quickly and efficiently. Work with department managers to create and manage ongoing training programs that enhance skills and career growth.
· Performance Management: Develop and manage performance review processes, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting regular evaluations. Support managers in coaching employees to achieve their best performance.
· Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to health, safety, and employment laws.
· Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards. Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring they meet employees' needs and remain within budget.
· Employee Engagement & Retention: Promote employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback channels, and wellness programs. Create initiatives to boost morale, reduce turnover, and promote a strong company culture.
· HR Systems & Reporting: Implement and manage HR systems to track employee data, performance metrics, and compliance. Provide regular reports on HR metrics to leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Health, Safety, & Well-being: Ensure the company follows workplace safety guidelines and promotes a culture of well-being. Implement wellness programs and support a healthy work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who is passionate about people and excited to build a thriving workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a track record of implementing effective HR strategies. In addition, a strong Hispanic back ground being fluent in Spanish is required.
Ideal Qualifications:
· Experience: 1-2 years of prior HR is preferred. Experience in the landscape or construction industry is preferred. We are willing to take on a person with out all of these qualifications that is the right fit and has a growth mindset.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications preferred).
· HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve employee relations issues, handle conflict, and offer solutions to people-related challenges.
· Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams. Ability to guide managers and support employees in reaching their professional goals.
· Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
