Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

Marion Ceramics is a niche brick manufacturing company that specializes in thin veneer brick, thin pavers and pool coping. We are now accepting applications for a heavy equipment operator. The position will also involve some physically active duties involving lifting. We're looking for motivated individuals with a record of dependability and outstanding job attendance with a culture of emphasizing housekeeping in their workplace.

Duties may include:

• Loading materials into hoppers for processing
• Bucket mixing materials with a front-end loader
• Opening and dumping bags of material for batching
• Operating excavator and other heavy equipment as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain and clean equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area free of trash and debris
• Follow the Company’s policies and standard operating processes
  
  

Job Information:

• Normal working hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday- Friday
• Must be able to work overtime if needed on a daily or weekend basis
• 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator is a requirement
