Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze content within title commitments, lien searches, and surveys.
- Prepare essential title documents for closings, including deeds, affidavits, and related paperwork.
- Create Closing Disclosures, Settlement Statements, and balance sheets/disbursement ledgers with precision.
- Coordinate and place orders for title searches, municipal lien searches, HOA Estoppels, payoffs, and surveys as required.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email with lenders, real estate agents, and clients.
- Manage a moderate to high file caseload while fostering strong collaboration with colleagues in the office.
- Utilize Excel, Outlook, and Closers' Choice closing software; training provided for qualified candidates if needed.
- Handle post-closing tasks, such as mailing checks with invoices, organizing bank packages, and preparing files for scanning.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Familiarity with phone systems.
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office software is preferred.
Salary
$15 - $16 per hour
