Founded in Terre Haute, Indiana, our management team has over 25 years’ experience in the machining and manufacturing field. Marion Manufacturing is committed to delivering the highest quality components at the lowest possible cost. We ensure that we set proper procedures and processes in place so we can make that possible.

A/R Functions

• Billing / entries on various customer billing sites and follow-up
• Accounts Receivable report maintenance
• Payment application for A/R
• RMA follow-up for credits and short-payments
• Follow-up / Collections on missed or late invoice payments
  
  

A/P Functions

• AP entry for hard-copy invoices received through the mail on both systems
• Check Run file generation from 2 systems and preparation of the file for presentation
• Check Run completion on both systems
• Payment applications for credit card transactions and auto-payments
• Credit Card reconciliations / posting
• Statement reconciliation / follow-up on invoices not in our system
  
  

General Accounting Functions

• Assistance with month-end reconciliations if time allows
• Daily cash emails when Controller is out
• Cash file maintenance when Controller is out
• Cost accounting experience is a plus
  
  

Additional front desk duties as required. Opportunity for Hybrid/Remote work.

Education

• Degree or Accounting certification a plus or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years equivalent experience in job related field
