Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing resident needs and promoting independence and overall wellbeing.
- Perform clinical duties in accordance with state regulations and nursing standards of practice.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to resident-centered care decisions.

Requirements:
- An active RN license in the state of practice is required.
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program is essential.
- A minimum of six months experience as an RN is necessary.
- Prior experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
- CPR certification is required.
