Position Overview

The Program Director is responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing clinical and operational staff, and driving the clinic's growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision:
- Oversee daily operations of the program
- Provide direct supervision to key staff to ensure high standards of care and service delivery
- Train, retain and develop a top-quality team of operational and clinical professionals
- Facilitate daily operations meetings and weekly staff meetings to promote team collaboration and problem-solving
- Regulatory Compliance & Clinical Quality:
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all areas, including clinical and operational requirements
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure standards are consistently met
- Fiscal Responsibility & Operations:
- Maintain fiscal responsibility by adherence to financial goals
- Manage the clinic’s performance improvement and safety committees
- Client Relations & Service Delivery:
- Ensure census goals
- Ensure clients feel seen, heard, and valued through a client-centered approach
- Address client concerns and resolve grievances to maintain client satisfaction and retention
- 3 years of experience in outpatient mental health, substance use disorder or psychiatric facilities, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health management practices, clinical operations, and state/federal regulatory requirements
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and implement plans that align with both clinical goals and business objectives
- Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, regulatory agencies, and external partners
- Team Building: Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and unity across different functional areas
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting client needs while ensuring the clinic’s financial success
