Job Summary
The Inside Sales Rep will support the Territory Sales Representatives by managing appointments, qualifying leads, and providing administrative support to regional sales efforts. This role is crucial for enhancing lead management efficiency, supporting marketing tactics, managing CRM data, and facilitating account visits and business reviews.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Appointment and Scheduling Support : Coordinate and schedule appointments for Territory Sales Representatives, ensuring effective time management and seamless customer interactions.
- Lead Management and Initial Qualification : Handle the initial qualification of leads, conducting outreach to assess potential opportunities and passing qualified leads to the Territory Sales Reps for further engagement.
- Regional Administrative Support : Provide essential administrative assistance to the Regional Sales Team, supporting daily scheduling and documentation needs.
- Marketing Tactics Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional marketing initiatives and promotional activities, aligning efforts with sales strategies.
- Account Visit Coordination : Manage account visit scheduling and communicate details to Territory Sales Representatives and customers, ensuring well-organized and productive visits.
- CRM Data Management : Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer interactions, sales activities, and lead progress to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Business Review Support : Assist in preparing materials for business reviews, supporting Territory Sales Representatives with data and insights for customer meetings.
- Product Knowledge Development : Learn Mark Andy product and services in detail to support sales conversations and aid in product-related inquiries, building a foundation for future sales responsibilities.
